Frederick Richardson was last seen on May 9, 2016 in the Stamford, CT area. His vehicle was located abandoned on Interstate 95north between exits 9 and 10. Richardson has not been seen since. He had been operating a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee, four door, color blue, bearing CT 648-ZOY.
