Description

Ms. Rodko was enroute to Mooresville, NC to meet with her foster brother, in reference to settling a financial transaction. Ms. Rodko experienced vehicle issues in the form of a flat tire. A Lt. with the Mooresville Police Department assisted Ms. Rodko until her brother arrived and changed the flat tire. Ms. Rodko has not been seen since that early morning on 10/16/03.
