Description

Brian was last seen when he reportedly fell off a cliff at Rocky Creek State Park wayside, about two miles south of Depoe Bay. He was travelling with his wife and a friend when they stopped to take photographs. Brian was leaning over the edge to take pictures when he lost his balance; he was last seen in the water. Search efforts were unable to locate him.
