Description

Warren was last seen canoeing the Tuscarawas River with a friend early in the morning on June 16th, 1981. The canoe and his friend's body were found a few days later. However, Warren has never been located. Warren's vehicle was found parked near the boat docks near the Wooster Ave. bridge.
