Description

Luis Montes was last seen on 08/15/2008 at the Fidelity Bank located at 12201 Capital Blvd. Wake Forest. His family reported him missing on 08/16/2008. On 08/18/2008 Luis Montes' vehicle was recovered near Falls Lake. On 08/21/2008 police, with the assistance of county and state law enforcement, searched the surrounding area and portions of Falls Lake for Montes. They did not find the missing man.
