Description

Vehicle belonging to Richard was found on the Penobscot Narrows Bridge in Prospect on the morning of June 23rd. Vehicle was left with the engine on. Richard had left a walking stick resting on the barrier of the bridge facing the water. He had made recent suicidal statements.
