Suarez, was last seen at his residence in the vicinity of 1st Ave. , and South Mountain Ave. in Phoenix, AZ. Ricardo was kidnapped from his residence and was driven away by suspects in a 1990's, dark blue, Chevrolet, Suburban with a gray metallic stripe across the bottom and a 1990's, white, Isuzu, sports utility vehicle with unknown license plates on them. Ricardo has not been seen since. Foul play is suspected.
