Description

Ghulam Muhammad is an elderly, frail man who was exhibiting signs of forgetfulness and incontinence when he was last seen in January 2015. He is dark-medium complexion and has some difficulty hearing. He wears a large, somewhat soiled beige coat and dresses in disheveled clothing generally. He does speak English.
