Mcerlean was last seen by family members when he was dropped off in the city of Aberdeen, WA in the early part of March 2016. He was last contacted by police in Aberdeen on March 31, 2016. Since that time he has not contacted family or had any contact with authorities. Mcerlean had no fixed address. It is unknown why he wanted to go to the Aberdeen area as he had no known family or friends there. He possibly worked as a house painter for a time. Mcerlean is not known to have owned or had access to a vehicle and did not have a current ID card or driver's license.
