On 4/19/15 Brian told his daughter he was going to the Capital City Rescue Mission. He called her later, telling her he was sitting in an area near the Hudson River. His daughter offered to pick him up the next day; when she tried to call, he did not answer. Brian hasn't been seen or heard from since. It is possible that he may have been at Albany Medical Center on 4/20/15 or 4/21/15.
