Description

Joel was last seen driving his 2007 white Dodge Charger, after dropping off a female friend in the Southeast area of Albuquerque. He was never seen or heard from since. His vehicle was later located 10 miles east of Truth or Consequences, NM fully disabled from a fire. The fire was determined to have been caused by non-accidental means. Jacob was not located.
