Description

Justin was reported missing by his mother on January 8th, 2018 at approximately 2000 hrs. Justin's mother reported she last saw him on 7/10/17. Justin was last seen between July and August 2017 walking northbound on Skyway near PG&E, near DeSabla Reservoir in Magalia, CA. At that time Justin told his son's mother, that she would be hearing some "stuff" about him and he was going to apologize to someone. No other information was provided by Justin.
