Description

Packer was last seen in Tempe, Arizona on 12/5/79 when he left for vacation possibly to the Pacific Northwest. Packer's vehicle was later found abandoned in the East Verde River Campgrounds in Payson, Arizona on 12/12/79 and Packer's whereabouts are unknown.
