Description

Neil was last seen at approximately 10:30pm at his residence in the vicinity of Cecil St. and Boris St. in Wellton, AZ. He was last seen walking towards the desert at the time. Neil has a medical condition. He has never been heard from again. He had moved recently from Oklahoma to Arizona in 2005.
