Description

SENICA left Elk Grove California on 10-13-2015 to meet an unknown person in Montego Bay Jamaica. She has been confirmed as arriving in Jamaica. She did not use her return ticket. Since then, there has been no contact with her, no activity on accounts, and her passport has not been used.
