The Prince George’s County Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in searching for a missing person. He is identified as 48-year-old Oliver Gbetholancy. Gbetholancy was last seen at the Embassy of Niger in Washington, D. C located in the 2200 block of R Street NW. Gbetholancy is described as a black male, 5’10”, and 250 pounds. His last known address is in Capitol Heights.
