On 7/2/06 Victor was driven to San Francisco International Airport by his sister. He was supposed to board a plane and fly to Mexico. His sister later called family in Mexico, and she was informed Victor never made it to Mexico. Airport employees told the family that Victor never boarded the plane in San Francisco.
