Description
Everett was seen on a ferry heading to Cliff Island. He was witnessed to enter the boathouse at 6:30AM. When the boat docked at 6:35AM, he was not on-board. A witness stated the ferry was about 200-300 yards off shore when they saw someone fall off the boat.
