Per MPs father, Pat, MP was last seen between 18:00 on 3/3/2018 and 01:30A 3/4/2018. MP is believed to have left his residence with his fathers car during that time frame and the car was found in the City of Philadelphia on the shoulder of US Rt 1 SB on the ramp to I-76 in the Fairmount Park area of Philadelphia
