Description

On 03/24/2018 at 11:14 hours: officer k. Randolph (#1675) reported a missing person from 10244 westland drive. Knoxville, tn 37922. Complainant has not actually seen the subject in about a month. Subject sent a text on 03/20/18 that he was in fountain city, in a "dangerous place" and things were over for him. Officer attempted to contact ms. Hendrix, but got no answer. Complainant has contacted subjects daughters but they have not heard from him either.
