Description

In the early morning hours of January 26, 1999, Jason G. Young, a U. S. Navy sailor assigned to the USNS Flint, returned via taxi to Concord Naval Weapons Station, CA. Young was last seen in the taxi en route to his ship which was at Pier 4. Young's jacket, with his cellphone and pocket watch inside, was later discovered entangled on a pylon of the pier.
