Seals was last seen by his sister-in-law on 19. June. 2006 at approximately 1730 hours (05:30 P. M. C. S. T. ). Seals' vehicle was discovered six (6) days later within the City of Mobile, Alabama Police Department's jurisdiction; however, Seals was never located.
