Description

Victim was flown out to Lake Creek in the Shovel Lake area on 07/07/85 with another person, Michael Schertz. They were to be picked up on 07/14/85. Michael was located on 07/17/85 and indicated he didn't know where Francis was. Multiple searches of the area were done, but Francis was never located.
