Description

Sandra was in a program at a residential facility in Niagara Falls, NY and was last seen leaving there on 6-22-87 at approximately 1900 hrs. Sandra's case manager reported that she took a cab to Prospect Point in the Niagara Falls state park which is where Niagara Falls is located and Sandra has not been seen since.
