Subject was first reported missing in Marlboro New Jersey on December 14, 2018. His vehicle (white acura with New Jersey Plates) was found behind a motel in the tourist area of Niagara Falls, New York on February 8, 2019, no signs of foul play. Management claims that Joseph checked in on December 15, 2018 and checked out on December 16, 2018.
