Mr. Carlos was last seen on 3/04/17 when he went for a walk in the area of Federal Route 19 and Main St, Sells AZ, and never returned. Family members also advised Mr. Carlos has wandered off before. Carlos was last seen wearing a hat, brown flannel jacket, purple t-shirt and blue jeans.
