Seth walked away from a halfway house in Niles, OH. He is believed to have attempted to check into a Motel 6 located in Liberty Township, Youngstown, Ohio on 01/09/2019 but due to his demeanor was declined rental. Seth's personal belongings were located not far from Motel 6. He has not been seen since. Seth is drug dependent and has a long history of drug abuse. He often wears a ball cap.
