Description
A boat with 2 passengers capsized in the Sacramento Deep Water Channel near marker #49A between Cache Slough and Miner Slough during rough weather conditions. The other passenger, Bryon Yamanaka, managed to stay with the vessel and reached the east shore near channel marked #52. Yamanaka reportedly saw Petersen swim to shore, possibly the east side of Ryer Island.
