Washington was last seen at around 5 AM. in her hometown of Fort Wayne, Indiana on July 12, 1993. She was wearing black pants, a white skirt, black shoes and carrying a black purse at the time of her disappearance. Washington has never been heard from again. Few details are available in her case.
