Description

Bhupinderjit was reported missing by sister in 2007. His sister stated that other family members have received letters from Bhupinderjit however there was never a return address. She was unable to advise last time a family member received a letter. Deputies questioned cousins who lived at Bhupinderjit's last address in Castro Valley and were told he hasn't lived there since 1992. Cousins also stated he left without telling anyone where he was going.
