Alicia left her home in a car registered to her father while in a mental health crisis. She was seen in Inglewood, CA on March 1, 2019 and then seen abandoning her car and possessions at a car wash in Tijuana, Mexico. Last sighting of her was March 2, 2019 on surveillance footage from a convenience store not far from the car wash.
