Description

Herring resided in Kingsport Tennessee. Herring contacted his family in Kingsport from Jackson Memorial Hospital on 12/28/18. The hospital released Herring within a few days and his family does not know his reason for going to Florida. Kingsport patrol filed a missing persons report on 5/22/19 and entered Herring into NCIC.
