MSP was last seen 2/17/17 unknown time, at El Huatulco Karaoke Bar located at 3804 Pecos St. MSP had been drinking and decided to go on home by himself. MSP lives near the bar. MSP has not been seen since then and MSP has not been at work. MSP is not carrying any identification and is here illegally. MSP is from Zacatecas, Mexico and does not speak English very well.
