Mr. Joseph L. Johnson was last known to be living in the Northside area, near the community of Westview, in Miami-Dade County with a friend in 2008. Their last known residence was destroyed in a fire. None of Mr. Johnson’s friends or family members has seen or spoken to them since. Mr. Johnson was known to frequent the area of North Miami Beach.
