Description

Mishan arrived at the Dulles International Airport at 1710 hours on Etihad Airways with The Bharat Scouts and Guides. At 1840 hours, he cleared through customs in the International Arrivals Building (IAB) before the chaperones and that was the last time he was seen. The chaperones were able to locate his book bag and the uniform he was wearing in the bathroom of IAB. The chaperones searched for Mishan but were not able to locate him. The chaperones notified law enforcement at 2018 hours.
