Description

Courtney MARCHER was last seen surfing at Velzyland Beach on the North Shore of Oahu on 4-4-04. Courtney last related to her roommate in the water that she was headed to shore. Courtney was not noticed to be missing until the next day. Courtney's surfboard was later found floating off-shore. A search of the area for Courtney was conducted, however she was never found.
