Description

It is suspected that the missing person jumped off the south grand island bridge in a suicide attempt. Missing person's vehicle was located at the top of the bridge. Missing person sent text-messages to wife on same day suggesting he was going to harm himself. Missing person threatened to jump of the bridge in the past.
