Diane T Francis was last heard from by her family in June of 2003, but had contact with Jacksonville Sheriff's Office in 2004 and 2005. Francis is known to live transient lifestyle throughout the southeast Florida area. Friends and family have been unable to locate her whereabouts for several years.
