Delicia Annette Waddy was lest seen near Camp Wilderness near Kings Dominion on March 9, 2017. Waddy was last seen walking on U. S. 30 east towards Caroline County from the Kings Dominion Camp Ground. The Hanover County Sheriff’s Office has been working jointly with the Caroline County Sheriff’s Office and the Virginia State Police. They have been also working with Kings Dominion Law Enforcement and Hanover County Fire-EMS in the search efforts.
