Description

Miguel was last seen drinking and fishing from the rear of a boat that was docked in Roosevelt Harbor on Zarembo Island. He was last seen by his co-workers between 1800-1900 hours on 08/04/2007. Search efforts were concluded with no sign of Miguel.
