Description

The missing person was last seen in the Saint Joseph, Missouri area on 11/10/2018. The MP was accompanied by an unknown male described as an African American, approximately 6'00" tall, athletic build and tattoos. The male was driving a gray Chevrolet Impala with tinted windows.
