Description

CAHILL left his family home with a note that did not threaten suicide but did say "I'm done", that his phone would be off and requested family to take care of his dogs. His vehicle was gone. CAHILL was tracked to September 2019 through police contacts, ALPR and traffic/PA turnpike violations but after 09/28/2019 there has been no contact at all.
