Andres Smith Marcelo is a migrant from Honduras. His last known location was in the Mexican State of Tamaulipas. Andres indicated that he would cross into the United States possibly in the vicinity of Hidalgo County, Texas. Family members advised Andres may have been detained by U. S. authorities.
