Description

On February 06, 2020 at approximately 4 PM, Cieha Taylor left a residence on Cowart Rd in Plant City after dropping her boyfriend off. Cieha's car was later found at approximately 7 PM, abandoned at East Trapnell Rd just West of Jap Tucker Rd in Plant City. Her car was found unlocked and running on the railroad tracks.
