Mr vargas advised margarito was last seen at ranchito, which is a bar in the coliseum blvd area, on sunday february 29, 2020 at approx 2200 hrs. Mr vargas advised margarito went to ranchito with a friend. Mr vargas advised the friend stated at approx 2200 hrs he left margarito at their table, while he went to the restroom. Mr vargas advised the friend stated when he returned he found margarito's cell phone on the table and but could not find margarito. Mr vargas advised margarito has not been home and has not shown up for work, which is unlike him. Mr vargas also advised that margarito does not have a vehicle.
