Description

Shawn was last seen on 06/14/1990 when he went overboard off of a tug boat in Resurrection Bay in Seward, AK. Per media, Shawn disappeared at about 6pm from a tug boat he was playing on or fishing from with a friend. He was on one of two large tugs tied together and anchored at the entrance to Resurrection Bay just before he disappeared. Shawn originally had his life vest on but, for some reason, he had taken it off right before he disappeared. No one actually saw him go into the water but Shawn is presumed to have drowned.
