Parks was last seen leaving her boyfriend's apartment on southeast Fern Avenue in Atlanta, Georgia on January 10, 1992 at approximately 11:00 PM. She was en route to a party at the time, but never arrived. Parks resided in the 1240 block of southeast Hill Street at the time of her disappearance. She has two children and was employed at the cafeteria at Morehouse College in 1992
