Description

Paul was last seen on 05/28/1996 while boating on Wilson Lake, 50 miles east of Ketchikan. He and three companions were staying in a Forest Service cabin near the south end of the lake. His companions found the empty skiff an eighth of a mile from the cabin. Paul is presumed to have drowned in Wilson Lake.
