Description

Larry was last seen on 05/19/1996 when he set out at 6pm in his boat. Shortly after he left, winds kicked up to about 20 mph and Bethel was pelted with rain and snow. His boat, with one occupant, was seen heading upstream by campers. The occupant was then seen walking on the beach. Six minutes later, the boat was observed spinning tight circles at a high rate of speed, empty. It's reported that Larry did not have a life jacket on when he left the harbor.
