Description

Jack went missing after falling overboard on the F/V "Platonida" while running to free two tangled crab pots. A rescue swimmer from the F/V was able to get a hold of Jack after he went overboard, but while waiting to be retrieved a large wave pulled Jack away and he was never seen again. There were high winds and high seas. Jack was not wearing a life jacket.
